We are committed to keeping you informed about our ongoing investigation into H2O.ai’s recent security incident. Below is our latest update on the situation, actions taken, and next steps.

Ongoing Investigation

• We continue to work closely with leading third-party cybersecurity experts, including CrowdStrike, and our internal teams to conduct a comprehensive forensic investigation into the incident.
• Additional security controls have been implemented to further isolate environments and enhance real-time monitoring for potential threats.

Customer Support

• We are proactively reaching out to all customers to maintain transparency and open communication.
• We are continuing to cooperate with law enforcement as part of our response efforts.

Commitment to Security

• We are conducting an analysis of this incident to identify the root causes and will implement improvements to our IT systems to help prevent future incidents.
