As our investigation moves toward a conclusion, we want to provide an update regarding the recent security incident at H2O.ai.

Key updates:

• There has been no unauthorized activity detected in our environment since January 29, 2025.
• We have completed a code review of our products and are pleased to confirm that our products remain secure.
• Throughout this incident, we have remained fully operational.   
• We expect to conclude this investigation in the coming weeks. 
• We have no evidence that this incident poses a further risk of unauthorized use or disclosure of customer data, nor do we believe there is any risk of harm to our customers as a result of this incident.

We sincerely regret any concern this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we complete a thorough investigation.
