Dan Jermyn helps lead CBA's efforts to harnessĀ artificial intelligence and data science to improveĀ customer outcomes. Since joining CBA in 2017,Ā Jermyn has spearheaded initiatives to apply AI,Ā machine learning, and behavioral economics toĀ enhance CBA's products, services, and decision-making.
