Dan Jermyn helps lead CBA's efforts to harness artificial intelligence and data science to improve customer outcomes. Since joining CBA in 2017, Jermyn has spearheaded initiatives to apply AI, machine learning, and behavioral economics to enhance CBA's products, services, and decision-making.
