Open Source h2oGPT: Mastering LangChain and Agents with Open Source LLMs using h2oGPT

The open source h2oGPT project draws heavily upon LangChain to perform Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). While getting started with LangChain is easy, making it really work well requires solving many challenges involving Large Language Model (LLM) management and prompting, prompt engineering, database optimized for RAG and multi-user management, UI development, and quality control. We discuss our solutions to these challenges and showcase new features such as web search and agents used to query tabular data. We finish with a discussion about how different open source tools like LangChain, AutoGen, MetaGPT, SmartGPT, etc. handle LLM prompting and parsing to improve RAG and LLM responses.
