Overview of the Challenge
When a customer has a poor experience they can stop doing business through Paypal. Unfortunately, Paypal could not see that things had gone bad until it was too late. To get ahead of customer churn, the data science team needed to develop models using a variety of data that would predict customer churn and allow the company to quickly take action to re-engage the customer.
